Refund Policy

We understand that no product will always work for every family and we take your investment in our courses seriously. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but it requires parents’ effort and participation in order to succeed. 

The Well Rested Wee Ones Courses are designed to give your family the tools to help your baby and family thrive. 

By purchasing any of the courses you acknowledge that this course is formal sleep training where crying may occur and is not a reason for a refund. This course does not use the extinction method commonly referred to as Cry It Out. All methods included in the course involve parental presence to guide, comfort, and console your baby as they learn to sleep independently. No refunds will be offered for crying or lack of understanding that this is a sleep training program.

Every baby is different and the time to see improvement varies depending on the approach you choose for your family. By purchasing this course you acknowledge there are no guaranteed results.

Your baby needs consistency from you to see improvements. We recommend watching all of the videos in the course before implementing any recommendations or methods.

Customers who have purchased the course must watch all of the video modules  and must submit proof that they did the work in the program and that the program still did not provide any sleep benefits for your family.

You must submit proof of completed sleep logs and provide a detailed description of why the program did not work for your family.

Please email us directly from your email account rather than using our contact form so that you can retain a record of your refund request. Refund requests submitted via Instagram or any other social platform will not be processed, so be sure to email your request to [email protected] 

After 14 days, all purchases are completely non-refundable (even if you didn’t access or complete your class).

All phone consults are non-refundable.

In the event of a refund or chargeback attempt, you expressly agree to forfeit any and all of our materials afforded to you in exchange for your original purchase of our Resource(s). We reserve the right to present proof of your access and these Terms to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

Sharing Resources. Our classes and resources are intended for use in a single household. Sharing Well Rested Wee Ones resources by methods including but not limited to distribution of passwords and login information, distribution of class booklets and downloadable materials, and purchasing with the intention of sharing resources with friends or family members is expressly prohibited. Anyone found to be sharing Well Rested Wee Ones resources will have access to all class materials immediately revoked and will forfeit the option for refund. Selling login information or downloadable materials is also prohibited.
